Moving Quote Form
A moving quote form has to describe two properties, not one. Size, floor and access at both ends - because the hard part of a removal is almost always the stairs at the other address.
For cleaners, gardeners, plumbers, electricians and home-service businesses.

Removal quotes go wrong at the destination. A three-bedroom house move priced from the origin becomes a different job when the new flat is on the third floor with no lift and a permit parking zone.
So this template asks the same access questions twice, once per address, and asks about the parking situation at both. It also asks about the items that need special handling - a piano, a garage full of tools, a shed - which are the other reliable source of a quote that has to be revised.
Quote faster than the person they emailed second
Most customers ask two or three businesses at once, and the first useful reply usually wins. What slows you down is rarely the pricing - it's not knowing enough to price it.
This template asks the handful of things that decide the number, so the first thing you send can be a real quote instead of a request for more detail.
Address, access and "is anyone home?"
The details that decide whether a visit is 40 minutes or two hours are all logistical: the postcode, the parking, how many rooms, whether there's a dog, who's letting you in.

Questions
Should I offer packing as an option?
Ask about it explicitly - full packing, fragile-only, or none. It's the biggest single variable in a removal price and customers rarely volunteer which they want.
How firm can a quote from a form be?
Firm enough to win the job, with a survey for anything large. If you asked about both ends properly, you'll be within 10% - and you can say what would change it.
Can I ask for photos or files?
Not yet - uploads are on the roadmap. In the meantime, most people ask for a link to photos, or reply to the response with an email asking for them. Everything else about the job is captured here.
Can I see where each quote request came from?
Yes. Add a hidden tracking parameter to the link (for example one link on your site and another on your Google profile) and it's stored with the response.
