Junk Removal Quote Form
A junk removal quote form is about volume and stairs. How much there is, what's in it, and how far it has to be carried - those three decide the price entirely.

Volume in vans, and whether it's already outside
Customers describe volume in bags and rooms; you price in van loads. Asking them to estimate against something physical - a washing machine, a sofa, a small van - gets far closer than asking for cubic metres.
Then the multiplier: whether it's stacked in a driveway or spread across a second-floor flat with no lift. Same volume, twice the labour. The template asks both, plus the hazardous items you legally can't take without a specific licence.
Fewer calls, better numbers
A phone call is a fine way to build trust and a terrible way to collect specifications - nobody remembers everything, and nothing is written down. Collect the facts in writing first, and use the call for the part that actually needs a human.
You'll also stop quoting jobs you didn't want: when the form asks about budget and timing, the mismatches disqualify themselves.
Address, access and "is anyone home?"
The details that decide whether a visit is 40 minutes or two hours are all logistical: the postcode, the parking, how many rooms, whether there's a dog, who's letting you in.
Ask them once on a form and you can schedule properly, price honestly, and stop arriving at jobs that were described optimistically.

Every quote costs you time whether or not you win it. Asking about budget and timing up front isn't rude - it's how both sides avoid a week of conversation about a job that was never going to happen.

What should I ask about hazardous waste?
List the things you can't take or need to price differently - paint, asbestos, tyres, fridges, mattresses, gas bottles. It's much better than discovering them in a garage.
Can customers send photos?
Yes - add a file question and they can attach up to three photos, 20 MB each. Photos are genuinely useful here, so it's worth prompting for them; the access questions cover the rest.
Can I ask for photos or files?
Not yet - uploads are on the roadmap. In the meantime, most people ask for a link to photos, or reply to the response with an email asking for them. Everything else about the job is captured here.
Can I see where each quote request came from?
Yes. Add a hidden tracking parameter to the link (for example one link on your site and another on your Google profile) and it's stored with the response.
