Lawn Care Quote Form
A lawn care quote form needs a size and a condition. Size sets the price; condition decides whether this is a mowing round or a repair programme.

Size, in something people can actually estimate
Nobody knows their lawn's square metreage. Ask for it and you'll get numbers off by a factor of three, which either loses you money or loses you the job.
So this template offers comparisons people can judge - smaller than a parking space, about the size of a tennis court - and asks about gate width and slope, because a ride-on that can't get in changes the job completely. Condition questions then separate a maintenance contract from a scarify-and-reseed project.
Quote faster than the person they emailed second
Most customers ask two or three businesses at once, and the first useful reply usually wins. What slows you down is rarely the pricing - it's not knowing enough to price it.

Questions
Should I offer one-off or contract pricing?
Both, and ask which they want - the answer tells you a lot about the customer. Contracts are worth more; one-offs are how most people start.
What about access for equipment?
Ask for the narrowest gate or gap. It's the question that determines whether you bring a ride-on, a pedestrian mower or a strimmer, and it's invisible from the street.
Can I ask for photos or files?
Not yet - uploads are on the roadmap. In the meantime, most people ask for a link to photos, or reply to the response with an email asking for them. Everything else about the job is captured here.
Can I see where each quote request came from?
Yes. Add a hidden tracking parameter to the link (for example one link on your site and another on your Google profile) and it's stored with the response.
