Putting a card number into a web form drags you into PCI DSS scope and makes your form a target. Almost every business that thinks it wants this actually wants something simpler: to know what someone is paying for and to send them a way to pay.
So this template collects the amount, the reference, the billing details and the preferred method - everything needed to raise an invoice or a hosted payment link in one step. No card data ever exists in your account, which means there is nothing to leak.

Questions
Can I connect a payment provider?
Not from a form yet. The practical pattern is to collect the details here and reply with a hosted checkout link from your provider - which keeps card data entirely with them.
Is it safe to ask for bank details?
Ask for what an invoice needs - billing name, address, reference, purchase order. Don't collect full account numbers or card details through a web form; use your provider or bank's own channel.
Can I take payment on the form?
Not yet. Most people use this to capture the order and then invoice or take payment on collection - which also means you can confirm availability before charging anyone.
Can I limit what people can order?
Yes. Options are lists you control, so only what you actually sell appears - and you can close the form when you're at capacity.
Will I be told about new orders straight away?
Yes, if you turn on live notifications: each order is emailed to you as it arrives. Otherwise they collect in your dashboard.
How many forms can I have?
One on the free plan, with ten responses. Pro is $10 a month for unlimited forms and unlimited responses - one plan, no tiers, no per-response pricing.
