Booking Form
A booking form is the simplest way to stop losing business to a phone nobody answers. What they want, when they can come, and how to reach them - enough to confirm without a conversation.
For small businesses and independent professionals.
Request first, confirm second
The instinct is to build something that books a slot instantly. In practice that means promising availability you don't actually control - and the cost of a booking you have to cancel is far higher than the cost of a confirmation email.
So this template collects a request with enough detail to say yes: the service, a preferred date, and a set of times that would work. You confirm the one that fits. That's one message rather than four, and nobody is ever double-booked.
Fewer no-shows, fewer surprises
No-shows and "I thought I booked the other thing" both come from the same place: a booking nobody wrote down properly. When the customer types it themselves, there's a record, in their words, of exactly what was asked for.
The forms every business needs, without the software
Most businesses need four or five forms and get sold a platform with forty features. The result is a monthly bill, a builder to learn and a page that takes three seconds to appear.
This is the opposite: one template, edited in a minute, published as a page that loads in one request. Free for your first form, and $10 a month if you need more than one.
Confirm in writing, immediately
The moment they submit, they see a confirmation and you get an email. No wondering whether it arrived - which is the thing that makes people phone you anyway.
Yours to change, immediately
Nothing here is fixed. Rewrite a question, reorder them by dragging, add your brand colour, delete half of it. Save and the live form updates - there's no separate publish step and no deploy to wait for.

Questions
Can this check my real availability?
No - it collects requests, which you confirm. If you need live calendar availability, keep a booking system for that and use forms for the enquiries it handles badly.
How do I stop people requesting times I don't work?
Offer times as fixed options rather than a free-text field. People can only pick what you actually offer, which removes most of the back-and-forth.
Does this book the slot automatically?
No - it collects a request, and you confirm it. That's deliberate: real diaries have exceptions, and a form that promises a slot you can't honour costs more than one that asks.
Can I limit the options people can pick?
Yes. The service and time-of-day lists are yours to edit, so people can only choose from what you actually offer. You can also close the form when you're full.
Will I know straight away?
Yes, if you want to be. Turn on live notifications and every request is emailed to you the moment it arrives; otherwise collect them and read them in your dashboard.
How many forms can I have?
One on the free plan, with ten responses. Pro is $10 a month for unlimited forms and unlimited responses - one plan, no tiers, no per-response pricing.
