An online order form is a shop without a shop. Pick items, say how many, choose delivery - and you invoice afterwards, which means no checkout to build and no card data to hold.

Not every product needs a storefront
A small range, a seasonal batch, a wholesale line or a pop-up doesn't justify a platform with a monthly fee, a theme to configure and a page that takes three seconds to load.
An order form takes twenty minutes to build and loads instantly. You confirm availability and invoice, which is slower than a checkout but means you never charge for something you can't send - the failure mode that costs small sellers the most in refunds and reputation.

Questions
Can I take card payments?
No, and deliberately: taking card details through a form would put you inside PCI scope. Collect the order and send a payment link or invoice - which also lets you confirm stock first.
How do I show prices?
Put them in the option labels, so the price is visible at the moment someone chooses. A price list in the introduction works too.
Can I take payment on the form?
Not yet. Most people use this to capture the order and then invoice or take payment on collection - which also means you can confirm availability before charging anyone.
Can I limit what people can order?
Yes. Options are lists you control, so only what you actually sell appears - and you can close the form when you're at capacity.
Will I be told about new orders straight away?
Yes, if you turn on live notifications: each order is emailed to you as it arrives. Otherwise they collect in your dashboard.
How many forms can I have?
