Multi-step forms are usually built as JavaScript applications. When the script fails - a slow network, an old browser, a blocked CDN - the form doesn't degrade, it disappears.
Here the steps are page-break markers in the HTML. With JavaScript, they become paged sections with a progress bar and per-step validation. Without it, they stack into one scrollable page that submits perfectly. Nobody ever sees a broken form, which matters most for exactly the visitors most likely to have a bad connection.

Can someone save and come back later?
Not yet. If a form is long enough to need that, it's usually better split into two stages - a short first form, then a longer one sent to the people who qualify.
Is the progress bar accurate?
It reflects the steps in the form, so yes. Each step also validates before moving on, which means errors are shown next to the field rather than at the end.
Can I add or remove questions?
Yes - every question here is a starting point. Add your own, delete what doesn't apply, reorder by dragging, and make anything required or optional. Saving publishes the change immediately.
Where do the answers go?
Into your dashboard, where you can read, filter and export them as a spreadsheet. You can also have every response emailed to you the moment it arrives, or as a daily or weekly digest.
Do I need a website?
No. Every form gets its own link you can paste into an email signature, a text message, a QR code or a social profile. If you do have a site, you can link to it from anywhere on it.
