Should we ask about claustrophobia?
Yes - a full body wrap restricts movement and a surprising number of people find it distressing. Better to know before they're wrapped than to have to stop halfway.
How long before treatment should waxing be avoided?
Follow your product guidance - usually 24 to 48 hours for scrubs and actives. Ask the question and the client will tell you.
Is this legal advice?
No. The wording is a practical starting point, not a legal document - have your own adviser check anything you rely on, especially where health, minors or money are involved.
