Student Registration Form
A student registration form is the record everything else hangs off. Personal details, previous school, support needs, contacts and consents - collected once, consistently, in steps rather than one wall of fields.
For schools, colleges, tutors and education administrators.
One form, or six half-finished ones
Enrolment usually means a pack: a details sheet, a medical sheet, a photo consent, a home-school agreement. Four documents means four chances for one to go missing, and the office chasing the family that returned three.
Bringing them into one form with clear steps means a family finishes in one sitting and the office gets everything or nothing. Because the whole thing exports as a spreadsheet, the details go into your management system in one pass instead of being typed from paper.
Know who's coming, and what they need
A name is the easy half. The awkward half - dietary needs, accessibility, emergency contacts, sizes - is the half that ruins a day when it's missing, and the half nobody thinks to send you.
So the form asks. Once, at registration, when the person actually knows the answer.
Term-time admin, with permission slips that arrive
A trip letter sent home in a bag comes back late, damp or not at all. The same request as a link in an email or text is answered the same evening, by both parents, with the emergency contact and the allergy filled in.
And you get a list instead of a pile: who has consented, who hasn't, and what each child needs - exportable to whatever the office already runs on.
Everybody's details, exportable
One download gives you the whole list as a spreadsheet - for a check-in sheet, a name badge run, a caterer's headcount or a mail merge. No copying out of an inbox.

Questions
Can this replace our MIS enrolment?
It replaces the paper that feeds it. Export the responses as CSV and import - which removes the retyping step where most enrolment errors are introduced.
How do we handle families without email?
The form works on any phone with a link, and a member of staff can fill it in with a family at the office. Ask for a phone number as the required contact rather than an email.
Can I stop registrations when we're full?
Yes. Close the form and the link shows a short closed page, so nobody registers for a place that doesn't exist. Reopen it in one click if space frees up.
Can I collect one registration per person or per group?
Either. Many people ask for the group size and the names in one text box; others publish the link and ask everyone to fill it in individually.
Can I get the list as a spreadsheet?
Yes - one click exports every response as CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Do parents need an account or an app?
No. They tap a link and answer. Only staff need an account, and you can invite colleagues into the same one so the office and the trip lead see the same responses.
