Ask what they want to discuss
Ten-minute appointments go badly when a parent has been worrying about something for a term and the teacher finds out in minute one. A single optional question - is there anything you'd particularly like to discuss? - lets a teacher prepare, or quietly arrange a longer slot.

Questions
Does this allocate the slots automatically?
No - parents give their preferences and the office allocates. That's usually better: a real timetable has to balance siblings, teacher availability and the parents who can only make one window.
Can parents with more than one child book together?
Ask them to submit one form per child and note the sibling's name - the office can then keep the appointments close together, which is the thing parents most want.
Does this book the slot automatically?
No - it collects a request, and you confirm it. That's deliberate: real diaries have exceptions, and a form that promises a slot you can't honour costs more than one that asks.
Can I limit the options people can pick?
Yes. The service and time-of-day lists are yours to edit, so people can only choose from what you actually offer. You can also close the form when you're full.
Will I know straight away?
Yes, if you want to be. Turn on live notifications and every request is emailed to you the moment it arrives; otherwise collect them and read them in your dashboard.
Do parents need an account or an app?
