Property Viewing Request Form
A property viewing request form has to fit around three diaries: the buyer's, the agent's and the occupier's. Offering time windows rather than a single slot makes that solvable.
For estate agents, realtors, brokers and property teams.
Windows, not a single time
A request for "Thursday at 6pm" is a request you'll probably have to decline, because the vendor has plans. Then it's three messages to find something that works, and by then the buyer has viewed something else.
So this template asks for several windows that would work. It also asks how many people are coming and whether anyone else needs to see it - because a second viewing with a partner or a builder is far easier to arrange in one go than as an afterthought.
Requests you can actually schedule
A name and "sometime next week" isn't a booking. What you need is when they can come, what they want, and how to reach them if the slot moves.
This template asks all three, so the diary entry is a copy-and-paste rather than a conversation.
Buyers, sellers and viewings all need different questions
A buyer needs budget, area and timing; a seller needs an address and a reason for moving; a viewing needs a date and a phone number. One "contact us" box serves none of them well.
Purpose-built forms get you a lead you can act on the same hour - which in a market where speed decides the instruction is the whole game.
Give them options, not a blank box
Open questions get vague answers. Offering the services and the times you actually have makes the request usable, and quietly steers people towards the slots you want to fill.
Yours to change, immediately
Nothing here is fixed. Rewrite a question, reorder them by dragging, add your brand colour, delete half of it. Save and the live form updates - there's no separate publish step and no deploy to wait for.

Questions
Should I ask whether they've viewed it already?
Yes - a second viewing is a much warmer lead and often needs longer or a different person present. It also changes what you prepare.
Can I use this for tenancy viewings too?
Yes, with the position question changed to ask about employment and move-in date. Many agents duplicate the form for lettings.
Does this book the slot automatically?
No - it collects a request, and you confirm it. That's deliberate: real diaries have exceptions, and a form that promises a slot you can't honour costs more than one that asks.
Can I limit the options people can pick?
Yes. The service and time-of-day lists are yours to edit, so people can only choose from what you actually offer. You can also close the form when you're full.
Will I know straight away?
Yes, if you want to be. Turn on live notifications and every request is emailed to you the moment it arrives; otherwise collect them and read them in your dashboard.
Can I put this on a property listing?
Yes - the form has its own link, so it can sit behind an enquiry button on a listing, in a portal message or in a QR code on a board. Add a tracking parameter to the link and you'll know which listing it came from.
