Listing Appointment Form

A listing appointment form prepares you for the meeting where the instruction is won or lost. Property details, their price expectation, and who else they're seeing.

For estate agents, realtors, brokers and property teams.

Their price expectation, before you name yours

The instruction is usually lost by whichever agent's number is furthest from the seller's hope - either you look pessimistic or you look like you're buying the instruction. Knowing their expectation before the appointment lets you prepare the evidence.

So this template asks what they think it's worth and where that figure came from. It also asks which other agents they're seeing and when - because being third of three on a Saturday afternoon is a different meeting from being first.

Stop booking by phone tag

Half your clients would rather book at 10pm than call at 10am, and the ones who do call reach a voicemail while you're working. Every missed call is a booking that went somewhere open.

A request form takes bookings while you're busy, asleep or driving - with the details you need written down rather than remembered.

Buyers, sellers and viewings all need different questions

A buyer needs budget, area and timing; a seller needs an address and a reason for moving; a viewing needs a date and a phone number. One "contact us" box serves none of them well.

Purpose-built forms get you a lead you can act on the same hour - which in a market where speed decides the instruction is the whole game.

It's a request, not a calendar takeover

You stay in control: requests arrive, you confirm the ones that work. No syncing, no double-booking, nothing to install - just the details you need in the order you need them.

Edit it like a document, publish like a link

Add questions, remove questions, change the order and the wording, set your accent colour. When you save, the form is live at its own address - share it by link, QR code or a button on your site, and read the answers in your dashboard.

Questions

Is it too forward to ask what they think it's worth?

No - most sellers volunteer it in the first two minutes anyway. Asking in advance means you arrive with comparables that address it rather than being ambushed.

Should I ask about other agents?

Yes. It's normal, sellers expect it, and the answer changes your whole approach - including whether to be the one who quotes last.

Does this book the slot automatically?

No - it collects a request, and you confirm it. That's deliberate: real diaries have exceptions, and a form that promises a slot you can't honour costs more than one that asks.

Can I limit the options people can pick?

Yes. The service and time-of-day lists are yours to edit, so people can only choose from what you actually offer. You can also close the form when you're full.

Will I know straight away?

Yes, if you want to be. Turn on live notifications and every request is emailed to you the moment it arrives; otherwise collect them and read them in your dashboard.

Can I put this on a property listing?

Yes - the form has its own link, so it can sit behind an enquiry button on a listing, in a portal message or in a QR code on a board. Add a tracking parameter to the link and you'll know which listing it came from.
