Commercial Property Inquiry Form
A commercial property inquiry form has to establish the use and the term. What the business actually does in the space determines whether the property is even permitted.
For estate agents, realtors, brokers and property teams.
Use class rules the property in or out
A unit that suits a light workshop may not be permitted for food preparation, a gym, or a nursery - and no amount of enthusiasm from the tenant changes the planning. It's the first question, not a detail.
So this template asks what will actually happen in the space, alongside size, lease term and whether they need a fit-out. Those four answers let an agent shortlist honestly rather than sending a schedule of properties that can't be used.
Quote faster than the person they emailed second
Most clients ask two or three businesses at once, and the first useful reply usually wins. What slows you down is rarely the pricing - it's not knowing enough to price it.
This template asks the handful of things that decide the number, so the first thing you send can be a real quote instead of a request for more detail.
Buyers, sellers and viewings all need different questions
A buyer needs budget, area and timing; a seller needs an address and a reason for moving; a viewing needs a date and a phone number. One "contact us" box serves none of them well.
Purpose-built forms get you a lead you can act on the same hour - which in a market where speed decides the instruction is the whole game.
One link, on every channel
Put it behind "Get a quote" on your site, in your email signature, in your Google Business profile and on a card. Same form, one place the answers land, no lead lost because it arrived at the wrong inbox.
Make it yours in a minute
Change the wording, drop the questions you don't need, add the ones you do, put your own colour on it. Saving publishes it, and you get a link to paste into your website, your email signature or a message. Responses land in your dashboard and download as a spreadsheet whenever you want them.

Questions
Should I ask about covenant strength?
Ask about trading history and turnover - landlords will ask, so better to know before you shortlist. Offer a guarantor question too, especially for newer businesses.
How do I handle enquiries with vague requirements?
Ask for headcount rather than square footage. Most businesses know how many people need desks, and you can convert that far more accurately than they can.
Can I ask for photos or files?
Not yet - uploads are on the roadmap. In the meantime, most people ask for a link to photos, or reply to the response with an email asking for them. Everything else about the job is captured here.
Can I see where each quote request came from?
Yes. Add a hidden tracking parameter to the link (for example one link on your site and another on your Google profile) and it's stored with the response.
How fast can I put this live?
About a minute. Pick the template, change the wording, press save - saving is publishing - and you get a link to share.
Can I put this on a property listing?
Yes - the form has its own link, so it can sit behind an enquiry button on a listing, in a portal message or in a QR code on a board. Add a tracking parameter to the link and you'll know which listing it came from.
