Moving Company Quote Form
A moving company quote form has to survey two properties in writing. Size, floor, access and parking at both ends, plus the items that need special handling.

Volume estimates from a room count, not a guess
Customers can't estimate cubic metres, but they can count rooms and tell you how full the loft is. A room-based estimate with a few honest supplementary questions gets you close enough to quote and far closer than asking for volume.
The other half is the destination. Removal quotes fail at the new address - a third floor with no lift, a permit bay, a narrow stairwell. Asking the same access questions twice is the single most valuable thing this form does.
Quote faster than the person they emailed second
Most customers ask two or three businesses at once, and the first useful reply usually wins. What slows you down is rarely the pricing - it's not knowing enough to price it.

Questions
Do I still need a survey?
For larger moves, yes - but a well-answered form tells you which jobs need one and lets you give an indicative range immediately, which is often what wins the enquiry.
Should I ask about storage?
Always - completion dates move, and a customer who might need a week of storage is worth knowing about before the day. This template asks.
Can I ask for photos or files?
Not yet - uploads are on the roadmap. In the meantime, most people ask for a link to photos, or reply to the response with an email asking for them. Everything else about the job is captured here.
Can I see where each quote request came from?
