Church Camp Registration Form

Church camps are organised by people with day jobs, often in the four weeks before they happen. Whatever collects registrations has to need no training, cost nothing, and produce a list that can be printed and taken to a field.

Know who's coming, and what they need

So the form asks. Once, at registration, when the person actually knows the answer.
Volunteers, prayer requests and pastoral care
Most of what a church collects is sensitive in a way ordinary business forms aren't: a prayer request, a pastoral concern, a safeguarding detail. The form has to be easy for a 76-year-old on a phone and private enough to be trusted.

Questions
Can we collect the fee through the form?
Not directly - most churches ask how the family intends to pay and then invoice or take payment separately. The template includes a bursary question, which matters more than the payment method.
Can several leaders see the registrations?
Yes - invite them into the same ava42 account and they'll all see the same list. You can remove access after camp.
Can I stop registrations when we're full?
Yes. Close the form and the link shows a short closed page, so nobody registers for a place that doesn't exist. Reopen it in one click if space frees up.
Can I collect one registration per person or per group?
Either. Many people ask for the group size and the names in one text box; others publish the link and ask everyone to fill it in individually.
Can I get the list as a spreadsheet?
Yes - one click exports every response as CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Can we route sensitive requests to one person only?
Yes. Notification recipients are a list you choose, so a pastoral form can reach one named person rather than a general office inbox.
