Agency Contact Form

An agency contact form gets three kinds of message: new business, supplier pitches, and people looking for a job. One routing question sorts them before anyone reads a word.

For agencies, studios and marketing teams.

Most agency contact forms are answered by the wrong person

New business enquiries arriving in the same inbox as SEO spam and speculative CVs get answered slowly, if at all. Meanwhile the one message that mattered - a prospect with a budget - waited two days behind fifty pitches.

One dropdown at the top fixes it. This template also asks for a budget signal on new business enquiries only, so a prospective client is qualified without a recruitment applicant being asked what they're prepared to spend.

A contact form that saves a round trip

"Get in touch" invites a message with nothing in it. Two or three well-chosen questions turn the same enquiry into something you can answer properly on the first reply.

That's the whole design here: short enough that people write in, specific enough that you don't have to ask what they meant.

A brief that doesn't need a briefing

Clients describe outcomes; you need inputs. Objective, audience, deadline, budget, who signs it off - asking for those in a fixed order turns a vague request into a scope you can staff.

It's also the fastest way to spot the project that isn't ready: no budget, no deadline, four decision-makers. Better to know before the kick-off call.

It loads instantly

One self-contained page, no framework, no fonts to fetch. On a phone that is the difference between a message sent and a tab closed.

Make it yours in a minute

Change the wording, drop the questions you don't need, add the ones you do, put your own colour on it. Saving publishes it, and you get a link to paste into your website, your email signature or a message. Responses land in your dashboard and download as a spreadsheet whenever you want them.

Questions

Should I ask for budget on a contact form?

On new-business enquiries, yes - as a range, conditional on the enquiry type. It's the single most useful thing you can know before replying.

How do I cut down on cold pitches?

Give them their own option and route it to an inbox nobody watches urgently. It's more honest than a hidden email address, and it keeps your new business queue clean.

Will I get spam?

Far less than a published email address. Every form carries a hidden trap field that automated submitters fill in and humans never see, and those submissions are silently discarded.

Can I send messages to a shared inbox?

Yes. Notifications go to a list of addresses you choose, so a team alias works as well as one person.

Can I add this to my website?

Link to it from anywhere - a button, a nav item, a footer. It's a normal page with its own URL, so no embedding or code is required.

Can I use a different form per service?

Yes - duplicate the template and edit each copy, so a paid-media enquiry asks different questions from a brand project. Each has its own link and its own list of responses.
