The registration plate is the entire record
Every parking dispute is the same: a vehicle nobody can identify, in a space nobody can prove was allocated. Without the plate on file, the board has nothing to act on and nothing to defend.
So the plate is required here, along with make, model and colour, and the request states its own end date. That means permits expire rather than becoming permanent by default - which is how a visitor space quietly becomes someone's second parking spot for three years.
Screen before you spend time

Questions
Should permits have an expiry?
Always. Open-ended permits accumulate, and reclaiming a space someone has used for years is far harder than renewing annually. Ask for a duration on every request.
What about commercial vehicles and trailers?
Ask explicitly, because most governing documents treat them differently. Better to surface it on the form than to discover a work van in a visitor bay.
Can applicants attach a CV or document?
Not yet - file uploads are on the roadmap. Most people ask for a link (to a portfolio, a CV in cloud storage, or a profile) which works today and keeps the form fast.
Can I close applications on a deadline?
Yes. Close the form and anyone with the link sees a short closed page instead of the questions, so nobody fills in an application that can't be considered.
Can more than one person review them?
