Minor Piercing Consent

For a parent or guardian to complete in person. Both of you must attend with photo ID.

Identification

We must see photo ID for you and proof of the young person's date of birth, plus evidence that you are their parent or guardian. We cannot proceed without this, and we cannot accept a written note.

We do not pierce nipples, genitals, tongues or any oral site on anyone under 18, regardless of parental consent.

Consent

Piercing carries risks including infection, swelling, bleeding, allergic reaction, migration or rejection of the jewellery, and scarring. Aftercare is essential and takes weeks to months depending on the site.
